This site provides resources to support current and prospective students who are seeking information about programs offered by The iLEAD Center, Lancaster Bible College's adult education division.

We created the International Leadership, Education, and Discipleship (iLEAD) Center for you - the adult learner.

The iLEAD Center exists to serve "life-engaged" adult learners by offering the programs that enrich, equip, and empower servant ministry leaders for global impact. Through convenient and flexible schedules, traditional and non-traditional programs, on campus, online and with blended learning options, the center offers learning opportunities that fit the complexities of your life.

 THE iLEAD Center offers adult education at all post-secondary educational levels, appropriately designed for adult learners, for the purpose of developing servant ministry leaders for global impact. These programs include, but will not be limited to, conferences, lay institutes, continuing education, degree completion, graduate, and doctoral programs of study.
